1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply when you request or purchase a consultation from Nettrackpoint. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm the scope, fee and appointment in writing and you accept. Website information is general and is not an employment-law or tax opinion.
2. Client responsibilities
You must provide documents and deadlines accurately, have the right to share them and identify any question requiring urgent attention. You remain responsible for decisions, negotiations and signatures.
3. Fees and delivery
Fees are confirmed before work begins. Unless agreed otherwise, consultation notes are supplied within two German working days after the session. Delays caused by incomplete or late materials may require rescheduling.
4. Intellectual property
Nettrackpoint retains copyright in its checklists, comparison formats and original guidance. You may use materials delivered to you for your personal employment decision but may not resell or publish them.
5. Liability
Services use reasonable professional care. To the extent permitted by law, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable loss typical of the engagement. Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory statutory rights.
6. Governing law
German law governs these terms. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. If you are a merchant, Berlin is the agreed place of jurisdiction.
