Know what the package actually promises
This review is for professionals who have received a German employment offer, a promotion letter or a revised compensation plan. We separate guaranteed salary from discretionary amounts and identify the wording that could change when, or whether, a bonus is paid.
What is included
- Advance review of one employment offer or compensation addendum, up to 20 pages
- A structured map of base salary, target bonus, benefits, allowances and vesting conditions
- Discussion of probation, notice periods, garden leave and repayment clauses where they affect compensation
- A 75-minute private video consultation
- Written issue notes and practical questions to take back to HR or the employer within two working days

How the review works
After booking, send the offer at least two working days before the call. You may redact your address, bank details and employee number. We mark unclear definitions, conflicting dates, employer discretion and thresholds that deserve a question. During the call, we explain each point in plain English and help you decide what to clarify or negotiate.
Fee and timing
The fixed fee is €240 including VAT. It covers one document set, one consultation and the written issue summary. Translation of lengthy annexes, tax calculations, legal representation and direct negotiation with your employer are outside scope and can be referred separately.
