Before work starts
You may cancel for a full refund before we begin document review, provided notice reaches us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Where mandatory consumer withdrawal rights apply, they remain unaffected. If you ask us to begin during a withdrawal period, you acknowledge that proportionate payment may be due for work already performed.
After review has begun
Document reading and preparation time already completed is non-refundable. If you cancel after preparation starts but before the call, we deduct the documented preparation portion and refund the balance. There are no purchased materials or deposits in the standard consultations.
Rescheduling and no-shows
One rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later changes may incur the preparation already performed. If you do not attend and give no notice, the consultation fee is non-refundable, though we may offer a shorter replacement slot at our discretion when circumstances warrant.
Service concerns
Tell us within 14 days of delivery if an agreed element was missing. We first seek to complete or correct the work. A full or partial refund may be offered where correction is impossible or disproportionate; a different negotiation outcome is not by itself evidence that the consultation was defective.
Processing a refund
Email info@nettrackpoint.digital with your name, appointment date and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days. Bank processing may take additional time. Statutory exceptions and rights override this policy where applicable.
