The process is designed for the short, often pressured period between receiving an offer and responding to it.
1. Send a focused enquiry
Tell us which consultation you need, your response deadline and the approximate document length. Do not put health information, identification numbers or bank details in the form.
2. Confirm fit and scope
Within one working day, we confirm whether the matter fits our compensation remit, suggest an appointment and state the fee. Urgent availability is never implied; we give you an honest date.
3. Share redacted documents
After confirmation, you receive secure document instructions. Remove details that are irrelevant to the review. For the flagship service, documents should arrive two working days before the call.
4. Meet and mark decisions
The consultation follows the compensation map prepared in advance. We explain conditions, answer questions and separate clarification points from possible negotiation requests.
5. Receive written notes
Your issue notes arrive within two working days. They are a practical record, not a legal opinion, and clearly flag any question that belongs with a lawyer or tax adviser.
