Privacy notice

How Nettrackpoint handles enquiry and consultation data under German and European data protection law.

Controller

Nettrackpoint, Level 9, 35 Charlottenstraße, Berlin 10117, is the controller. Contact: info@nettrackpoint.digital.

Data and purposes

We process contact details, enquiry text, appointment information and documents you later choose to provide to answer requests and perform a contract. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual and contractual steps, Article 6(1)(c) for legal duties and Article 6(1)(f) for proportionate security and record keeping.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Engagement records and invoices are retained for statutory periods, generally six or ten years where German tax and commercial rules apply. Working copies of employment documents are deleted within 90 days after the engagement unless a dispute or legal duty requires longer retention.

Recipients and transfers

Hosting, email and professional service providers receive only data necessary for their role and are bound by appropriate terms. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we use an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses and assess supplementary safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent for future processing and complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

Cookies and contact

Cookie choices are explained in our cookie notice. Send privacy requests to info@nettrackpoint.digital; we may need to verify identity before disclosing records.
