When the fee may change
Lengthy share plans, several translated annexes, collective agreements or more than two competing offers may require extra reading. We inspect the page count and subject first, then provide a fixed quote. Nothing begins until you accept it.
Rescheduling
You can move a booked call once without charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. The detailed cancellation and refund conditions are set out in our refund policy.
