Independent guidance for consequential work decisions

About Nettrackpoint and its focused approach to German employment offer and compensation consultations.

Nettrackpoint was established in Berlin to help professionals understand the commercial terms of employment before a signature turns assumptions into commitments. Our work concentrates on compensation structure, bonus wording and the practical questions that arise when joining or changing roles in Germany.

A narrow brief, handled carefully

Consultations are led by Clara Neumann, a bilingual compensation adviser with twelve years of experience across in-house reward teams and independent offer review. Her background includes German salary benchmarking, variable-pay design and cross-border hiring. She does not act as a lawyer; legal and tax questions are identified and referred to the relevant qualified adviser.

We read the actual documents, distinguish facts from interpretation and avoid promising a negotiation result. Clients leave with an ordered list: what is clear, what remains conditional, what to ask and where specialist advice is warranted.

Working principles

Independence. We are paid by the client, not by recruiters or prospective employers.

Proportion. A short ambiguity gets a short answer. A significant repayment, discretion or forfeiture clause receives closer attention.

Privacy. Documents are requested only when needed, can be redacted and are retained according to the privacy notice.
